TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration fee to take part in a three-day conference is 18290 rubles if paid before August 29, 2008, including VAT 18 %, and it includes:

• a set of materials of the conference;
• participation in the conference during the period of September 23-25, 2008;
• coffee breaks and meals (lunch) at a restaurant on September 23-25, 2008;
• participation in receptions on September 23 and 24, 2008.

If paid after August 29, 2008 registration fee is 24190 rubles, including VAT 18 %.

Organizations – RANS members have a right to send one participant free.

Conference organizers provide 100 grants for free registration for the representatives of public authorities, invited speakers, as well as lecturers and students from Russian universities and colleges.

Based on the accepted registration form, a contract to participate in the conference is concluded and a bill for payment is sent. Registration is carried out after the bill is paid or a grant is provided. Deadline for registration is September 19, 2008.

Hotel rooms are reserved and paid by the conference participants on their own. Rooms can be reserved at the hotel «Vatutinky» on the phone: (495) 334-59-25 or fax (495) 334-68-70 according to the list of registered participants of the conference.
